What are the monthly rental rates?

Rents at the Ridpath Club vary based on floor plan, location, views, and unit size.

Affordable Housing Studio apartments start at $934, with prices varying based on unit size and location in the building.  Call for current pricing and availability.

Affordable Housing One Bedroom apartments start at $1001, with prices varying based on unit size and location in the building.  Call for current pricing and availability.

Market Rate Apartments studios and one bedrooms start at $1200 per unit with prices varying based on unit size and location in the building.  Call for current pricing and availability.

What are the income limits for the affordable housing program?

Income limits for the reduced rent affordable housing program are based on household size. These limits are:

• $37,380 for one person.
• $42,720 for two persons.
• $48,060 for three persons.
• $53,400 for four persons.

How big are the apartments?

Studios apartments average 220 to 300 square feet.

One Bedrooms average 500 square feet.

What is included with my monthly rent?

All utilities, as well as the fiber internet, are included in your monthly rent. We pay it all!

When will the apartments be available?

Is this student housing? Do you rent to students?

Do you allow pets?

Cats are allowed as pets with a $300 refundable pet deposit. No other pets will be allowed in the building.

What parking options will be available?

The Ridpath has limited parking available in its garage. Spaces are only available for residents and they are currently priced at $175 per month.

Where is the Ridpath Located?

The Ridpath is located in the central downtown area at 515 W Sprague Avenue. It is one of the most convenient and well connected residential buildings in downtown. If you want to be closer to work, or to have easy access to the downtown nightlife and event scene, then you will love the location.
